Where are you located?

We work from 2 outdoor venues and 1 indoor venue in Kendal, plus we may visit you at your own home. You will receive the address, map and directions upon booking.

Where do you cover?

Physically we cover South Cumbria, also known as South Lakeland. We will cover anywhere in the North West so long as travel expense is covered.

Are you qualified?

Yes. Although the industry is unregulated, CPD is super important to us and is in line with our core value of providing modern and innovative training. View all of our qualifications here.

What is your training methodology?

Whilst all dog trainers have a different style, we never consider using pain or fear to train a dog, an ethical choice. Instead we use evidence based methods which include using markers, mechanics, toys and food.

Are you insured?

Yes. We are insured with PBI: Pet Business Insurance. Lucy also holds a level 2 qualification in canine first aid & always has a medical kit at class.
